  • A 30 minute video call to get a good overview before we start support.

    • 2 weeks of check in support and guidance. 4 check ins 
    • Check ins happen after your first night then every Monday and Friday until the 2 weeks is complete 8-9am(answering questions until 10am) MST
    • Includes a little mini program including nap transitions and all things sleep related as your child grows and develops.
    • Continued support options available for after our support period is complete.

Have you tried sleep training but you just can’t do it but need to and want to so badly?

Ever wish someone would come and help you do this or do it for you?

Well, look no further! Char is a certified Night Coach! OK, what does that mean? It means that I have taken specialized training from the Child Sleep Institute in Toronto, ON in providing the coaching in place of the parents. I can either come to your home and support you through your first night right by your side OR I can offer to do the training for you while keeping attachment in tact. Not only do I offer the knowledge and sleep expertise, I also offer the emotional support. 

Infection protocols will be followed.

Char is trained in infant CPR/choking and updates her training yearly.

Customize Your Package

Starting at $798

  • Access to the program in the age group you need. You must complete all the preliminary part of the program before I come.
  • 30 minute video call to go over the program, customize it to your child and get prepared for when I come.
  • Choose the bedtime kickstart, 12, 36 or 60 hrs stay. I will come to your home from 6pm to when they fall asleep or up to 60hrs. I will be there to guide and support you the entire first night or for a continuous stay for help with daytime naps. You can either choose to be hands on or hands off and have me do the work.  I bring supper and I supply breakfast in the morning. For extended stays, I supply all food and snack for your family and I while I stay.
  • Choose from the Basic, Premium or Ultimate package for your support after I leave.
  • Communication. We will ensure you have great success and meet your goal by the end of the two weeks. 
  • Includes a little mini program including nap transitions and all things sleep related as your child grows and develops.
  • 3 months of continued support included for free after the 2 weeks of support is up.
